GENERAL INFORMATION

Arrival and departure:
Check-In from 15:00 o'clock and Check-Out to 9:00 o`clock. In case of delayed or early departure for some reason, we will charge 100% of the booked apartment price.

Pets:
Allowed on request. Damage caused by your animals in the apartment or in the house, we have to charge you. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket.

Reservation / Deposit:
After the reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email. In it, we ask for a deposit that is to be paid up to a certain date. Upon receipt of the deposit the accommodation is fixed reserved for you.

Payment:
Without exception, by bank transfer. Bank details, see Impressum

Cancellation Conditions:
If a reservation is canceled 3 to 1 month before arrival, 50% of the booked arrangement will be charged.
Within 1 month to 1 week before arrival 90% of the booked arrangement.
100% will be charged in the last week before arrival.
In the event of early departure, 100% cancellation fees will be charged for the remaining nights.
